Welcome to the Faculty-Student Mentoring Program Application! 


Applications are reviewed during these time periods.
Spring semester- from January 20th until April 30th. 
Fall semester- from August 17th until November 30th 
Applications submitted during May, June, July, and December, will be reviewed during the spring and fall semesters respectively.

This can assist in the process of pairing with a Mentor.

You will be matched with one of the mentors based on their availability.  

You may also leave the area's below blank.  You will then be paired with a Mentor based on your interests, or field of study, or any additional information that you added in the response above.
